Who Qualifies for CDCP:
You have no dental insurance
You are a Canadian resident and have filed your tax returns
You filed a tax return in the last year
Family net income of less than $90,000
All ages can apply in May 2025

Dental Procedures covered under plan may include but not limited to:
Complete dental hygiene exam
Recall exam or specific exam
Dental cleaning
Polishing
Fluoride
Desensitizing of tooth
Application of anti-cariogenic or antimicrobial agents
